  • Are your cleaners okay with pets?

    Yes, absolutely but do let us know if you do have a pet in the home. Especially any exotic animals…like snakes! So we know how to manoeuvre.

  • What Can You Not Do?

    We don’t do any cleaning relating to the outside of your property, climbing high areas, dealing with animal or human faeces, moving or lifting of heavy furniture.

  • Can you clean whilst I am out?

    All our cleaners have passed a DBS check therefore you can feel secure knowing you have trustworthy people in your home. We are key holders for a lot of our clients or if you prefer to just let us in, just provide direction as to how we lock up securely afterwards.

  • What areas do you cover?

    Harrow, Cricklewood, Wembley, Queens Park, Park Royal, Ealing, Gerrards Cross, Uxbridge, West Drayton, Pinner, Northolt, Northwood, Ruislip, Stanmore, Colindale, Barnet and surrounding areas

  • How does the payment work?

    We do take payment in advance for the clean. This allows your slot to be secured. The payment is held by our payment line for 7 days before the payment is finalised to our company.

  • Refunds

    We never want to cancel a clean but if for any reason an appointment cannot be carried out due to our fault, a full refund will be given or an option to reschedule as soon as possible. If your clean did not go according to plan, please get in touch with us asap. We have a strict 24hr notice cancellation policy. We issue text reminders 48 hours prior to your appointment which provides you another 24hrs to cancel if needs be. Any cancellations after this period is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations

    We know schedules can change so we are completely understanding of that so you can reschedule your appointment up to 24hours before the time.

    Cancellations made in time will automatically be refunded to your payment card which should take 3-5 working days.

  • What equipment do you bring?

    We bring our own cloths, cleaning products, mop. We only provide vacuum cleaners for deep cleans (4 Hours +). To ensure your clean goes according to plan, please make sure that if you are providing vacuum cleaners, that they are in good working order. We prefer using our own in-house cleaning products as we know exactly the results that we get with the to ensure a good finish.

    Please note: We do not use bleach in our clients homes.

  • Can I get an invoice for my clean?

    Absolutely. We only issue invoices for End of Tenancy cleans but if you need an invoice for any of our other services, please let us know.

  • Can I add extra time to my clean?

    We understand that you can underestimate the time you need but most of the time we are booked back to back therefore can rarely offer extra time on the day. You can request this from the cleaner but this is not guaranteed.
