She explained that I booked less time than what was needed for the house and size. She explained in a way that wasn't rude but I understood that they didn't work miracles. Provided a decent quote for what I needed and the team came. I thought she was the manager; not realising afterwards from one of her team that she actually owns the company! She is professional, straight to the point and her work was impeccable. It's a massive difference when the person that owns the company is the best cleaner I've had. The way she ran the team, spoke to them and delegated is something I noted as well. Reserved but very humble and highly intelligent lady. My house hasn't been this clean since I moved in. “This company saved my deposit. I hired an end of tenancy cleaning company who sent the most abysmal cleaners. I was then in a panic state because I was moving out the next day. I came on Yell and started calling anyone I could find and most said they would call back and never did. Called this lovely lady and her aura was everything. I was in such a state. Initially she turned me down because it was so last minute and she had been working all day. This guardian angel called me back a few hours later and agreed to help. Came with another cleaner and they worked from 8pm till 11/11:30pm at night! I couldn't believe it. The speed but accuracy in the way they worked was baffling. Found this company 3 months ago for an end of tenancy for one of my properties. Struggled to find tenants and made an enquiry regarding airbnb-ing the property whilst I found decent tenants. They transformed my property into a new neutral look and currently manage the changeovers, guest queries, issues, in-house laundry service. I have since decided to stick with the airbnb aspect because of them and the seamless managing of the changeovers they do. Hats off to the young lady that leads this team.
