Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of Classy Property Services’ online booking platform for cleaning services (“Services”). By making a booking on our website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Services
1.1. The Services available for online booking include residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning tasks as described on our website.
1.2. The specific details of the service, including the date, time, and cleaning package, will be confirmed during the online booking process.
2. Online Booking Process
2.1. Clients must provide accurate details during booking, including property address, contact information, and any special instructions.
2.2. Once a booking is made, a confirmation email or SMS will be sent to the Client with service details.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. Payment for online bookings must be made through the available payment options (e.g., credit/debit card, digital wallet).
3.2. Full payment will be required to secure the booking, as indicated during the checkout process.
3.3. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1. Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking through the online platform or by contacting the Company directly in accordance with the below timeframe.
4.2. Cancellations made:
• More than 24 hours before the scheduled service: Full refund issued to the payment card used.
• Less than 24 hours before the service: Non-refundable.
4.3. The Company reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances with communication with the clients to choose another suitable date (e.g., staff unavailability or severe weather conditions).
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1. The Client must provide safe and adequate access to the property at the scheduled time.If The Company will make contact with client by all means necessary to enable access the property. After a maximum wait time of 30 minutes the appointment will be marked as a Late Cancellation and will be non-refundable. If The Company can access the property within 30 minutes the appointment will go ahead within the timeframe left.
5.2. The Client must inform the Company of any specific cleaning requirements, fragile items, or hazards on the property before the service.
5.3. Pets must be secured, and valuable or irreplaceable items should be removed from cleaning areas if possible. You must notify the Company of any exotic pets that are in the property.
5.4 The Client must ensure to provide necessary working equipment (vacuum cleaners). The Company provides cleaning products, cleaning cloths and a mop (if The Client requires one). If The Client prefers use of their own products, please ensure they are reasonable and sufficient in use.
6. Service Guarantee
6.1. If the Client is dissatisfied with the service, they must notify the Company within 12 hours of completion.
6.2. The Company will offer reasonable remedies, such as a re-clean, if deemed necessary.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Company is insured for damages caused during cleaning. However, the Company is not liable for:
• Pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
• Loss or damage to unsecured valuables.
• Delays or service interruptions caused by factors outside the Company’s control.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1. The Company collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy (detailed in our further information on the website).
8.2. Information provided during the online booking process will only be used for service delivery and communication purposes.
9. Force Majeure
9.1. The Company is not responsible for delays or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or internet outages.
10. Amendments to Terms
10.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the website, and continued use of the online booking platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
